Shipping Policy

We ship as soon as we create your masterpiece with care. We host events, travel around the country, and are not Amazon, which means that it will not ship the same day or hour that you processed the order. We hand package for you with goodies included. It is our goal to process your order quickly and efficiently!

If there will be a time delay in processing orders, you will have either been informed via banners/pop-ups on the website via checkout, or you will be notified by email. Of which, we sincerely apologize and appreciate your understanding.

All shipping is done via USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package ships so you can track at your convenience. Shipping is our biggest cost, so we take it seriously and help you maximize your package.
