Celebrate 10 incredible years of Ladies Offroad Network with an epic reunion weekend built exactly how we like it...casual, fun, dusty, and full of laughs. This milestone event brings together the ladies, memories, and moments that shaped the last decade. It’s part celebration, part reunion, and absolutely one to say “I was there.”

We’re pulling out the activities we’ve laughed about for years, and honoring the ones that meant the most along the way. Expect long days, great conversations, shared meals, and that unmistakable Ladies Offroad Network energy that makes every gathering special.

Event Schedule

• Friday: Check-in at 2 PM | Pre-dinner activity at 6 PM | Dinner at 7 PM

• Sunday: Check-out by 11 AM

Lodging Options

This is a camp-based event, with hotels available within 20 minutes so you can choose what works best for you.

• You can drive or fly

  • If flying, you’ll need a rental car or can coordinate rides via the event chat

• Camping details:

  • Vault toilets and porta potties available

  • Showers available (limited convenience)

  • All sizes of camping available. Tent, Van, Trailer, RV.
    
    

  • 8 camping kits available - please coordinate ASAP

If staying in a hotel, plan on full days. Hotels are for sleeping and showering, not hanging out.

In true Ladies Offroad Network fashion… we eat well.
Included:

• Friday Dinner

• Saturday Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

• Sunday Continental Breakfast

• Snacks throughout the weekend

Offroad Activities

Off-roading is our thing...but it’s not mandatory.

• You do NOT need an offroad vehicle to attend

• Saturday morning features a self-guided fun run with a friendly competition

• Great opportunity if you’re participating in the Nomad Adventure Rally

• High-clearance 2WD vehicles can access the skills area, where Charlene will be hanging out all morning.

After January 1st you will receive an email with important details, a form to fill out for your preferences and a link to our APP that has a specific chat space for this event.

** Refunds are available up to 1 month before the event starts. Otherwise monies go into credit for future experiences with Offroad Exposed and Ladies Offroad Network.
